The account grew organically from 0 to 150K followers, positioning the brand as a standout in the digital real estate space.

Core content pillars ranged from real estate insights and lifestyle visuals to community-driven features, including collaborations with local businesses and neighborhood highlights—designed to establish Isaiah as a hyper-local authority. Additionally, teaser content was introduced to generate momentum ahead of his team podcast launch, further strengthening his presence within the industry and local community.
