After a few years working in luxury real estate as a marketing strategist and social media manager, one thing became super clear: the most impactful marketing is about creating a real connection. I realized how important it is to actually listen to business owners, understand what they’re going through, and find creative, thoughtful solutions that feel aligned with who they are.
What I saw missing in large corporations was authenticity. So many business owners are treated like just another account, when really, they’re the heart of their brand. And as someone who truly values 1:1 connection, I knew I wanted to do things differently.
Serrot was born out of that intention—but also from something even more personal: my love for romanticizing the little things in everyday life. I’ve always found beauty and meaning in the seemingly mundane, and that same appreciation for storytelling and aesthetics is what drew me to content creation in the first place. What started as a creative outlet turned into a passion for helping others see and share the soul of their brand.
Social media doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With the right strategy (and someone who truly gets it), it can be one of the most powerful tools for connection and growth—and actually fun, too!
